For over 20 years, I worked inside corporate America at every level — from large national security firms to specialized energy companies. I sat in the rooms where promotion decisions were made. I watched the talent reviews. I saw firsthand who got elevated and who got passed over.
And what I saw wasn't always about performance. It was about visibility. It was about brand. It was about who knew your name — and what they thought when they heard it. Talented, hardworking professionals were being left behind not because they weren't good enough, but because no one had ever taught them how to be seen.
That experience — being on the inside of corporate talent decisions for two decades — is what drives every program I build. I know what decision-makers look for.
