I've spent 20 years in corporate HR— ADT, and 17 years at Georgia Transmission Corporation—and 8 of those years sitting on Talent Development Committees.

I've been coaching professionals for 20 years (yes, even while working corporate) because I couldn't stand watching talented people get passed over simply because they didn't know what was happening behind closed doors.
I know what it's like to be excellent at your job and still get held back.
I was told I was "too valuable where I was" while watching less qualified people move up. That experience shaped everything I do now—helping corporate professionals stop waiting to be noticed and start building real career momentum.
