    My career started at AT&T, where I earned my Master's in Urban Studies with a focus in HR. When a voluntary separation package was offered, I took it—and made a strategic pivot into HR leadership.

    I spent over a decade in corporate HR at ADT and Georgia Transmission Corporation, advancing from Coordinator to HR Program Manager. I saw how quickly things can change. How restructuring affects good people. How being stuck or underpaid creates real stress.

    Later, as a Career Consultant at LHH, I supported over 100 professionals through career transitions—many navigating unexpected job loss, pursuing promotions, or trying to figure out how to create more financial security and career satisfaction.


    I learned this: The professionals who thrived weren't the ones who waited and hoped. They were the ones who took strategic action—whether building something on the side or positioning themselves for the next opportunity.
