My career began at AT&T, where I earned a Master’s degree in Urban Studies with a focus on Human Resources. After accepting a voluntary layoff package, I made a bold move into the HR field—committed to using my skills to support and develop others.
I started at ADT as an HR Coordinator and grew into an HR Specialist role. From there, I joined Georgia Transmission, advancing from HR Generalist to HR Program Manager. Along the way, I gained deep experience in:
Throughout my career, I’ve always prioritized growth—both personally and professionally. I joined Toastmasters to refine my communication and public speaking skills, volunteered in my community, and pursued professional development courses that broadened my impact.
